Circular Economy<\/h2>

The company administrator has just completed the study of the main actors in the field of circular\neconomy with emphasis on waste, as part of a project carried out by Humboldt University through\nthe Center for Rural Development (SLE), and supported by the German Ministry of Economic\nCooperation and Development and the German Agency GIZ. He has led a study group of young\nspecialists (4 Germans and 3 Albanians) developing a first preparatory phase in Germany and an\nintensive 3-month phase in Albania. Biodiversity<\/h2>

The iGP company is implementing a research project (2023-2025) in collaboration with the\nFaculty of Forestry Sciences at the Agricultural University of Tirana, which is carrying out the\nplanting of forest plant seeds with the drone methodology. The study will serve in the future for the\nintroduction of this method in afforestation in our country, increasing the efficiency of planting and\nthe results in afforestation.<\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n \r\n \r\n \t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Project Management<\/h2>

The iGP staff and its collaborators possess a high level in the development and implementation of\nprojects in various fields. For this, it has been accredited as a winner by the State Agency for\nStrategic Programming and Aid Coordination (SASPAC) to be part of the list of organizations with\nthe ability to support state institutions in the design and implementation of projects. The company\nis also preparing an online training for the financial management of projects.<\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n \r\n \r\n \t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
