Dr. Zamir Dedej\n<\/h2>

Zamir Dedej, born on 4 August 1966 in Tirana, is graduated as biologist at the University of Tirana in 1989, having a Master degree in 1998 and a PhD for marine ecology in the year 2006. He worked at the Institute of Biological Research (Albanian Academy of Sciences) as a marine biologist until 1998 for 9 years (with study experiences in Italy and Israel), other 9 years (1998-2007) as the Nature Protection Director at the Ministry of Environment, from 2008-2014 was directing an NGO named Institute of Nature Protection in Albania (INCA), from February 2015 appointed as General Director of the firstly established National Agency for Protected Areas until March 2022, and at the moment is the Administrator of iGreen Partners (iGP) consulting company and work as freelance expert. In his working positions out of management task he was covering the issue of environmental in general, with emphasizes for nature conservation, biodiversity, protected areas, wetland, as well as marine and water resources management, being one of the national qualified experts in the environmental policy in the country and region. Llazar Korra<\/h2>

Graduated at the Agricultural University, he had two study experiences in the USA where he also\nreceived a Master of Science degree. For 7 years he served as chief agronomist, then specialist in\nthe High Control of the State and for two years as Deputy Minister of Agriculture. Later he worked\nas the Director of the Directorate of Agricultural Policies and part of the USAID project for the\nregistration of real estate and for 22 years he served at the European Delegation in Tirana as a\nprogram manager in several sectors such as veterinary medicine, food security and fishing (2000 -\n2021), agriculture and rural development (2000-2014), environment (2000-2009), regional\ndevelopment and cultural heritage (2006-2010). Eduart Cani<\/h2>

He graduated in Biology (2000) and received a Master's degree in the field of Genetics and\nBiotechnology (2007). For 18 years (2000-2018) he contributed as project manager and expert for\nfund raising and communication at the Regional Environmental Center (REC). He served for two\nyears as the national coordinator of the GIZ program for the three lake basins in Albania and from\n2020 as a consultant in the issues of waste management, water management, climate change, DRR,\nFRM, institutional construction, project development, etc. There have been experiences in\norganizing public hearings, organizing large-scale focused campaigns for planning and urban\ndevelopment, etc. He has led the national process (with line ministries) of analyzing and preparing\nnational reports on various topics of environmental governance, such as urban waste, water and\nwastewater, climate change. Ledina Gjiknuri<\/h2>

Graduated from Empire State College and New York College (Greece) in 2004 for International\nRelations, she completed her Master's degree in Business Administration at Institut Universitaire\nKurt B\u00f6sch (Switzerland). She worked until 2020 at the Ministry of European Integration and later\nas an freelance expert. With about 20 years of work experience, he has professional experience as a\nconsultant, trainer, evaluator for various programs\/projects, in the fields of public policies, local\nand regional development, the involvement of interested parties and the development of\n\ninstitutional capacities both at the central and regional level. as well as local within the EU\nintegration; more specifically in the field of implementation of the Pre-membership Instrument\n(IPA) in planning, programming and drafting relevant documents; experience with a large number\nof infrastructure projects (transport, energy, digital infrastructure and environment); experience\nwith planning and organizing formal stakeholder consultations for Environmental Impact\nAssessment (EIA) and Strategic Environmental Impact Assessment (SEA) for energy,\nenvironmental and transport infrastructure projects; experience in the preparation of\nstrategic\/programming documents, including social and economic analyzes for operational\nprograms, regional development strategies, as well as social impact assessments (SIA); experience\nin the cooperation and involvement of CSOs in policy making, especially in conducting\nconsultation processes for infrastructure projects. He has good operational knowledge and practical\nexperience with the Albanian public administration, providing training\/mentoring both at the\ncentral and local level<\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n \r\n \r\n \t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Rrezart Kapedani<\/h2>

\nHe graduated in Biology (2001) and received a Master's degree in Aquaculture (2005), working\nwith the fisheries project at first and then as part of the Ministry's Fisheries Directorate (2001-\n2010). For another 8 years (2010-2018) he contributed as project manager and expert for\nbiodiversity and civil society at the Regional Environment Center (REC). Later he worked as an\nexpert at the CIHAM Bari intergovernmental organization project, and recently for 3 years as\nDeputy Director in the project for European integration that supports the ministry responsible for\nthe environment. He started as a fisheries\/biodiversity expert and later dedicated himself to project\nmanagement and European integration, today he has an experience and dedication to work that\nmakes him one of the specialists in the field.<\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n \r\n \r\n \t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Ines Leskaj:<\/h2>

Graduated from the "Social Work" branch of the University of Tirana in 2003, she is doing\npostgraduate studies in "Leadership and Career Management" at the Mediterranean University. She\nstarted working as a specialist and then head of the "Vatra" psycho-social center in Vlora (2004-\n2006) and later as a specialist\/local coordinator of a USAID project on human trafficking (2006-\n2009). Edlira Prendi<\/h2>

She has a career of over 18 years in the field of media and communication. He studied Journalism\nat the University of Tirana and holds an MSc in Public Relations and a Professional Master in\nPolitical Science. The professional commitment starts in the written media in 2006 with the\nKorrieri newspaper to be followed further with the visual media at RTV Ora News and then at\nVizion Plus Television. Since 2013, she has been engaged in the field of public relations and\ncommunication. She has held the position of communications advisor in two of the most important\nstate institutions (Ministry of Defense and Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs 2013-2019).\nHer career continues as an advisor to the Audiovisual Media Authority, gaining knowledge on\nmedia regulation and oversight, challenges and issues facing the media. In February 2023, iGP signed a partnership contract with the German company GFA Consulting\nGroup, one of the largest German companies, for cooperating to increase its presence in the region\nthrough their offices in Tirana and the implementation of projects. The areas of cooperation are the\nenvironment, energy, agriculture, water and wastewater, waste, circular economy, health, etc. This\nmakes possible the stability and continuous growth of the services we offer.\n

\nIn May 2023, the iGP company and the Agricultural University signed a Cooperation Agreement\nfor areas of mutual interest, in providing consultancy and participating in joint activities.
