The company administrator has just completed the study of the main actors in the field of circular economy with emphasis on waste, as part of a project carried out by Humboldt University through the Center for Rural Development (SLE), and supported by the German Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development and the German Agency GIZ. He has led a study group of young specialists (4 Germans and 3 Albanians) developing a first preparatory phase in Germany and an intensive 3-month phase in Albania. The publication will be released soon.
The iGP company is implementing a research project (2023-2025) in collaboration with the Faculty of Forestry Sciences at the Agricultural University of Tirana, which is carrying out the planting of forest plant seeds with the drone methodology. The study will serve in the future for the introduction of this method in afforestation in our country, increasing the efficiency of planting and the results in afforestation.
The iGP staff and its collaborators possess a high level in the development and implementation of projects in various fields. For this, it has been accredited as a winner by the State Agency for Strategic Programming and Aid Coordination (SASPAC) to be part of the list of organizations with the ability to support state institutions in the design and implementation of projects. The company is also preparing an online training for the financial management of projects.
